Join the Basket Brigade and help deliver Celebration of Hope baskets to cancer survivors when they complete his or her chemotherapy or radiation treatments. We need volunteers in all parts of Centre and Huntingdon County. Delivering the baskets is a very rewarding experience for both the volunteer and the survivor.

Join the Board of Directors and assist in providing leadership, developing new programs and securing funds. One, two and three-year terms are available. Fill out our online Board Membership form to join.

Yearly dues to the Cancer Survivors’ Association, Inc. are $10.00. Download the Association Membership Form, (pdf format), print it out, and send it in along with the $10.00 to become a voting member.

Memorial contributions to the Cancer Survivors’ Association will provide funds for existing programs and allow the development of new projects. Memorial Contribution Forms (pdf file) are available for download by clicking the link above.

A personalized Memorial Card is available for placement at the funeral home. Please call (814)237-2120 to request this card.
